{"id":2416,"date":"2019-12-30T13:05:38","date_gmt":"2019-12-30T11:05:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.jorgesimon.es\/?p=2416"},"modified":"2024-11-09T13:12:39","modified_gmt":"2024-11-09T11:12:39","slug":"madrid-360-sustituye-a-madrid-central-en-enero-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amv.es\/blog\/noticias-motor\/madrid-360-sustituye-a-madrid-central-en-enero-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Madrid 360 sustituye a Madrid Central a partir del 1 de enero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si hasta ahora los veh\u00edculos de categor\u00eda A, es decir, sin etiqueta ambiental, s\u00f3lo pod\u00edan acceder a Madrid Central mediante invitaciones hechas por residentes en esta zona y para aparcar en parkings privados de particulares, ahora la limitaci\u00f3n se ampl\u00eda, pues directamente no se permitir\u00e1 su acceso a la almena central.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, otra de las restricciones de la nueva normativa Madrid 360 implica que tampoco podr\u00e1n aparcar en zona SER. Tanto los parqu\u00edmetros como las aplicaciones m\u00f3viles cuya funcionalidad es pagar el aparcamiento en zona SER han ido avisando de la nueva normativa durante estas \u00faltimas semanas, advirtiendo a los propietarios de veh\u00edculos sin etiqueta de las nuevas restricciones.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfA qu\u00e9 veh\u00edculos afecta la normativa Madrid 360?<\/h2>\n<p>La nueva normativa Madrid 360 afecta a todos los veh\u00edculos que no tienen distintivo de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Tr\u00e1fico, es decir, todos aquellos que usan di\u00e9sel como combustible y que fueron matriculados antes de 2006 y los que usan gasolina como combustible y fueron matriculados antes del a\u00f1o 2000. Seg\u00fan cifras del Ayuntamiento de la capital, hay en torno a 42.000 afectados. El incumplimiento de la normativa implicar\u00e1 una multa de 90 euros, con la posibilidad de reducci\u00f3n a 45 euros si se paga pronto.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 veh\u00edculos sin distintivo ambiental est\u00e1n exentos de la prohibici\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Aquellos veh\u00edculos cuyos due\u00f1os sean residentes dentro de la zona SER s\u00ed podr\u00e1n aparcar, pero exclusivamente en plazas de servicio regulado del barrio en el que est\u00e1n empadronados.<\/li>\n<li>Veh\u00edculos comerciales e industriales con autorizaci\u00f3n de estacionamiento SER.<\/li>\n<li>Veh\u00edculos de 2 o 3 ruedas.<\/li>\n<li>Veh\u00edculos de apoyo al servicio de transporte p\u00fablico urbano.<\/li>\n<li>Veh\u00edculos que tienen la funci\u00f3n (acreditada) de transportar a personas con movilidad reducida.<\/li>\n<li>Veh\u00edculos de servicios esenciales (salvamento, protecci\u00f3n civil, Fuerzas y Cuerpos de seguridad del Estado, Polic\u00eda Municipal, Agentes de Movilidad, ambulancias y veh\u00edculos de asistencia sanitaria).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta la nueva normativa Madrid 360 a los veh\u00edculos con etiquetas C o B?<\/h2>\n<p>Para veh\u00edculos con etiquetas C y B, las limitaciones de circulaci\u00f3n establecidas por Madrid Central se mantienen: ninguno de estos veh\u00edculos podr\u00e1 aparcar dentro de esta zona en la calle. En el caso de los veh\u00edculos con etiqueta C, se permitir\u00e1 que circulen siempre y cuando vayan m\u00e1s de dos pasajeros en el veh\u00edculo y obtendr\u00e1n un 10 por ciento de descuento en el aparcamiento. La \u00fanica excepci\u00f3n de estas restricciones se har\u00e1 con los veh\u00edculos con etiqueta C comerciales de esa zona.<\/p>\n<h2>El futuro de Madrid 360: \u00bfqu\u00e9 otras medidas est\u00e1n previstas?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 de enero de 2022: se prohibir\u00e1 la circulaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos sin etiqueta ambiental no residentes dentro de la M-30<\/li>\n<li>1 de enero de 2023: los veh\u00edculos sin pegatina no residentes en Madrid no podr\u00e1n circular por la M-30 ni tampoco por el interior de la M-40.<\/li>\n<li>1 de enero de 2025: no podr\u00e1 circular ning\u00fan veh\u00edculo sin etiqueta, sea residente o no en Madrid, por el interior o el exterior de la M-40.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00f1o nuevo, normativa de movilidad nueva. Para los due\u00f1os de veh\u00edculos sin etiqueta ambiental, el comienzo de 2020 conlleva ciertas dificultades de circulaci\u00f3n en Madrid.
