{"id":2570,"date":"2024-04-15T11:31:26","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T09:31:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.jorgesimon.es\/?p=2570"},"modified":"2025-11-21T12:03:01","modified_gmt":"2025-11-21T10:03:01","slug":"intermitentes-de-moto-son-obligatorios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amv.es\/blog\/consejos-amv\/intermitentes-de-moto-son-obligatorios\/","title":{"rendered":"Intermitentes de moto y ciclomotor: \u00bfson obligatorios?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Algunos dicen que son obligatorios los intermitentes en ciclomotores, otros que no, y hay quienes afirman que depende de la bondad de los Guardias Civiles o los t\u00e9cnicos de la ITV. Sin embargo, para saber si es obligatorio llevar intermitentes en un ciclomotor hay que acudir a la normativa oficial, en concreto al\u00a0<strong>Reglamento General de Veh\u00edculos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Normativa en relaci\u00f3n a los intermitentes de moto<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El Decreto\u00a0<a class=\"broken_link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-1999-1826\">2822\/1998 del 23 de diciembre<\/a>\u00a0de dicho reglamento deja bien claras las condiciones que han de cumplir motocicletas, motocicletas con sidecar y ciclomotores en lo que a se\u00f1ales luminosas se refiere. As\u00ed, el citado decreto estipula que:<\/p>\n<p>Las\u00a0<strong>motocicletas<\/strong>\u00a0han de incorporar obligatoriamente los siguientes elementos de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 o 2 luces de carretera.<\/li>\n<li>1 o 2 luces de cruce.<\/li>\n<li>Luz de posici\u00f3n delantera y trasera.<\/li>\n<li>Luz trasera de frenado.<\/li>\n<li>Luz trasera de la placa de la matr\u00edcula.<\/li>\n<li>Catadi\u00f3ptricos traseros no triangulares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ahora viene la parte \u201cpol\u00e9mica\u201d. En dicho reglamento, las luces indicadoras de direcci\u00f3n o intermitentes aparecen como \u201copcionales\u201d, sin embargo, en una acotaci\u00f3n al pie de la p\u00e1gina se informa de que ser\u00e1n OBLIGATORIOS a partir de noviembre de 1999. Por tanto,\u00a0<strong>los intermitentes S\u00cd SON OBLIGATORIOS<\/strong>\u00a0para todas aquellas motos fabricadas despu\u00e9s de noviembre de 1999 y que los lleven de serie. Lo mismo sucede para las motos sin sidecar.<\/p>\n<p>Las motocicletas han de llevar dos luces amarillas de direcci\u00f3n delante y dos detr\u00e1s y deber\u00e1n estar colocados de forma sim\u00e9trica respecto al plano longitudinal del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a los\u00a0<strong>ciclomotores<\/strong>, las se\u00f1ales luminosas que han de incorporar obligatoriamente son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Luz de cruce<\/li>\n<li>Luz de frenado (obligatoria a partir de noviembre de 1999)<\/li>\n<li>Luz de posici\u00f3n trasera<\/li>\n<li>Catadi\u00f3ptricos traseros no triangulares<\/li>\n<li>Catadi\u00f3ptricos laterales no triangulares (obligatorios a partir de noviembre de 1999)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Respecto a las luces indicadoras de direcci\u00f3n, el reglamento las cataloga como \u201cOpcionales\u201d, por tanto a la pregunta \u00bfson obligatorios los intermitentes en un ciclomotor? La respuesta es, los intermitentes\u00a0<strong>NO SON OBLIGATORIOS en los ciclomotores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, si vamos a pasar la ITV lo l\u00f3gico es que si nuestra motocicleta es posterior a 1999 nos examinen los intermitentes. En caso de que las luces indicadoras de direcci\u00f3n no sean las que la moto tra\u00eda de serie, \u00e9stas deber\u00e1n estar debidamente homologadas e incluidas en la ficha t\u00e9cnica del veh\u00edculo, ya que seg\u00fan la nueva reglamentaci\u00f3n del Manual de Reformas del Veh\u00edculo se considera reforma.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, cuando te preguntes si es obligatorio llevar los intermitentes en un ciclomotor, recuerda que los intermitentes no son obligatorios en ciclomotores, pero s\u00ed en todas aquellas motocicletas fabricadas a partir de noviembre de 1999.<\/p>\n<div id=\"crestashareiconincontent\" class=\"cresta-share-icon sameColors third_style\">\n<div id=\"total-shares-content\" class=\"sbutton-total\" data-twittershares=\"0\" data-vkshares=\"0\" data-buffershares=\"0\" data-redditshares=\"0\" data-okshares=\"0\" data-xingshares=\"0\" data-stumbleuponshares=\"0\" data-linkedinshares=\"0\" data-pinterestshares=\"0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Existen muchas dudas y opiniones diversas acerca de los\u00a0<strong>intermitentes de moto<\/strong>. \u00bfSon obligatorios los intermitentes en ciclomotores? \u00bfPuedo pasar la ITV si no los tengo instalados?
